MAGIKAL HERBS

I either use these herbs in small pouches containing the correct mix for the use, and meditate on the desired positive effect (in this form no ill effects can be taken from any toxins in the herbs)...

...or take a bath with the herbs mixed into the water, imagining the properties of the herbs infusing with my being...(always check what is safe)...

...or burn the herbs on a charcoal disc allowing the energies of the herbs to fill the area, cleansing and protecting the environment I inhabit.

As a mark of thanks and respect for the herb's assistance, I return the herbs, once finished with, back to the earth by either sprinkling in my flower beds, or returning it the place where it was first harvested.
